Exchange Policy
⚠️ We do not provide Exchanges by default.
However, if an exchange is provided under special circumstances:
- The exchange will be initiated and picked up within 10–15 days, and the new product will be delivered thereafter.
- We do not accept Returns or Refunds for our products except in the following cases:
- Major damage that affects usability.
- Wrong item sent (e.g., size different from the order).
Important Conditions for Return/Exchange:
- An unboxing video is mandatory. Return or refund requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
- You must raise a query within 24 hours of receiving the product via our support platforms (Call/Website Support Portal, etc.).
- Tracking and shipment-related complaints must be raised within 30 days from the product dispatch date. Complaints after this window will not be considered.
- After receiving the product, any complaints must be reported within 24 hours.
- A detailed video showing the package opening must be provided for any return or refund consideration.
- If the product package appears damaged, please do not accept it. Refuse delivery and initiate a return instead.
