Shipping Policy

We ship our products once the order and payment is confirmed. We use third party shipping services to ship the items across India. Delays are to be expected in case of contingency. Your package will be Shipped and Delivered within 10-20 working days. There can be delay upto 10 working days. Shipped Through Dtdc Courier Only.

Takshathi Boutique ships worldwide to various locations- like USA, Europe, Australia, Canada, South Africa, United Kingdom, Asia and many more…. For internationals delivery the shipping charge is based on the weight of the package and the destination address. International Booking is booked through WhatsApp.

There will be slight change in dispatch duration according to season .
You will receive an email with a tracking id as soon we have shipped your package.

Returns Policy

We don’t accept returns or Refunds for our products except in the case of
Major Damage with usability issue/Wrong item sent (Size different from the order)
In case you face a situation as above, it is must that we need an unboxing video. Return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
If you have a return request, you will have to raise a query through our support platforms- Call/Website Support Portal etc within 24 hours.
Tracking and Shipment based complaints raised after 30 days from the date of product dispatch will not be taken into consideration
After receiving the product, if there are any complaints, you should respond within 24 hours.
A detailed video showing the opening of the package must be provided for return and refund purposes.
If the product package is damaged, please do not accept it; instead, initiate a return. In case any return is approved the product will be picked up within 7-10 working days.
